Yes. But need a credit card for the payment. Please make a booking after authorization from your guardian.

Can I pre-assign my seat?
We cannot assign the seat. We do our best but we may not be able to accommodate your request. There is a possibility to sit with another passenger. There is any possibility that foreign passenger or male passenger will seat to solo female passenger.

Can I ride my baby on the lap and get on?
Yes (only any children under 2 years).

How can I check my booking?
Please check the confirmation E-mail sent after the reservation.
What should I do if I am late for my bus?
All buses leave on the scheduled time. It won’t wait for you even though you call to the emergency contact number. Please log-in to booking web site and cancel the booking before departure time. If you cannot arrive on time.
※Any no-show will be considered as “cancelled”. 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
What is the type of the bus?
Exterior varies depending on the reservation.

How early do I have to be at the meeting point?
Please be at your meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time.
Is there any paper ticket?
No, we don’t issue paper tickets. Please show the confirmation mail sent after the reservation.
What do I have to bring with me on the day?
Please prepare a printed confirmation mail or screen-shot of the confirmation. We recommend you to check the map of meeting point and print it out if necessary.

Is the bus non-smoking?
Yes, smoking is prohibited on all the buses.
Can I eat or drink on the bus?
Yes, but please kindly consider the other passengers.
Is there a restroom in the bus?
Can I bring a wheelchair on the bus?
Yes, but the passenger must be able to get on / get off by him/herself. If not, please be accompanied by an assistant.
※Rental wheelchair is available 1,000JPY per day. Please inquire in advance.
Is there any regulations for over-sized luggage?
Trunk room can keep the luggage if the total outside dimension (length + width + height) : within 155cm.
We kindly ask you to send the over-sized luggage by courier service.
Also, please stow your carry-on luggage under the seat.
We cannot stow any bicycle, instruments or any animals.
Can I take a bicycle with me?
No, we do not accept any bicycles both in the bus and the trunk room. (Even in a bike bag)
Can pets board on the bus?
Please note that no pets are allowed neither on the bus nor in the trunk room.
Is there a place to put my instrument?
We do not accept any instruments, neither on the bus nor in the trunk room.
What happens if I miss the bus?
No-show without notice will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
If you call us (emergency contact number is displayed on reservation confirmation mail) before scheduled time, other cancellation fee will be applied. Please note that the bus leaves on time.
Can you wait for me if I call to contact center?
No, all buses will leave on time.
Will I get a call from the bus company if the bus delays?
We will not contact you individually.
If the airplane / train delayed and missed the bus, can I get a refund?
To get a refund, please cancel before the scheduled time.
Is there a toilet break?
Yes, all buses will stop for a toilet break.
Is there any announcement before a toilet break?
Yes, our “Smile attendant” will announce before the stop.
Can I get off halfway?
No, disembarkation at any points other than reservation is not allowed.
Is there any guarantee of fare refund in case of delay?
There’s no refund due to delay nor guarantee for your connecting transportation.
How do I get a notice if the bus is cancelled?
We will contact your E-mail or phone number provided through the booking.
